AS A PART OF UKROBORONPROM ANTONOV CONFIDENTLY COMPETES ON THE WORLD MARKET

UKROBORONPROM SE "Antonov" almost every month signs new aviation partnership agreements and aircraft production for export. This was announced by UOP delegation at the official presentation of the AN-132D at LE BOURGET 2017.

"Including the legendary SE" Antonov" into the SC "UkrOboronProm" consolidated the efforts of the Ukrainian industry in import substitution, allowing to quickly change the aircraft engineering documentation to"non-Russian "production. "Antonov" grew into the driving force of UOP reform, becoming the basis of UOP aviation cluster. An-132D tell volumes, demonstrating the capabilities of this UOP cluster, – reported representatives of the State Concern.

"UkrOboronProm" is fully open to cooperation with international companies for joint manufacture of powerful products for the global aviation market. The experience of An-132D development – in cooperation with partners from the US, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, France and other countries – proved the effectiveness of such international cooperation.

"Ukrainian aviation sector today has capacities, far exceeding the needs of both the domestic market and current exports. Therefore, we invite investors to joint projects ", – added UOP representatives.

An -132D impressed the participants of the International Paris Air Show LE BOURGET 2017, having performed its first demonstration flight in the framework of the exhibition.

AN-132D was created in record time. The program was launched in May 2015 and today the aircraft hit the sky. It has no Russian components – UKROBORONPROM launched international cooperation with global aircraft giants, including partners from USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France and other countries – Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse SAS, Dowty Propellers.

 An-132 is designed for short distance and medium-range routes, it will perform a wide range of tasks on transportation; different cargo cabin configurations are avaliable. The aircraft will have a cruising speed of 500 km/h and a maximum cruise altitude up to 9000 m with a maximum payload up to 9.2 tons. In future, a whole family of different purpose aircraft will be developed on the basis of An-132.
