The State Concern "UkrOboronProm" invited deputies of the Committee on Preventing and Combating Corruption to see for themselves the state of the military-industrial complex, to conduct offsite meetings and get access to the necessary documents – including those containing state secrets – directly at the enterprises.
Initiative of the State Concern is related to the fact that despite the transfer of 116 cases – gathered during UOP internal audits – to the law enforcement agencies, as well as duration of the prejudicial inquiries, so far there is no adequate data demonstrating the number of people found guilty.
Now the State Concern can simply bring offenders to disciplinary responsibility and transfer the materials collected to law enforcement agencies. For today 25 heads of state enterprises were debarred from their positions, another 18 officers were called to disciplinary liability.
The State Concern asks the deputies to submit their proposals for visiting UOP enterprises-participants as soon as possible.
