Since the first days of its establishment, JSC UDI has made it a priority to maintain the highest standards of ethics and business conduct in each of the defense industry companies under its control. Therefore, we value honest and productive cooperation based on mutual responsibility and fair competition in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and international standards.

In this Code, JSC UDI and its subsidiaries define the main requirements and principles to be followed by suppliers of goods, works, services and other counterparties (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers") involved in the performance of contracts concluded by JSC UDI or its subsidiaries.

We expect Suppliers to share our commitment to responsible business conduct and to make reasonable efforts to implement these standards in their operations and to require their direct suppliers to comply with these principles throughout the period of their relationship with us.

We strongly condemn the abuse of power or position for unlawful gain and ask that you report any instances of misconduct by our employees that you become aware of.
