FAQs

What is compliance?

It is a set of guidelines that ensures a company's operations comply with external legal requirements and internal rules and standards. The goal of compliance is to proactively prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations in order to avoid legal sanctions and reputational damage.

What are the benefits of compliance for a company?

It reduces legal risks. By complying with legal regulations, businesses can avoid fines, lawsuits, and criminal charges.

It strengthens reputation. An effective compliance program improves a company's image and strengthens the trust of customers, investors, and the public.

It increases operational efficiency. It streamlines processes, clarifies roles, and reduces the likelihood of fraud and mismanagement within the company.

It improves employee morale. A work culture that emphasizes integrity and ethical behavior fosters a positive work environment, motivating employees and making them more likely to remain with the company.

It attracts investment. Investors prefer to work with businesses that demonstrate their commitment to legal and ethical compliance.

What is a positive compliance culture?

It is a company that emphasizes doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and even when it requires more time and resources, and the initial benefits are not readily apparent. Above all, it is an enterprise where senior management sets the standards and employees follow their lead.

Who should I contact if I have a problem or question, or if I witness a violation?

If you become aware of violations or abuses in UDI or at the subsidiaries, please report them to

  • Hotline: 0-800-211-606
  • or by email at antikor@ukroboronprom.com.
  • Send a letter to the following address: 36 Degtyarivska St., Kyiv, 04119 (marked "Report of Violation").

Confidentiality is guaranteed. The message can be anonymous.

How should a violation be properly reported to the hotline?

After choosing a convenient notification channel, the interested person must provide as much accurate information as possible based on the following questions to facilitate the effective consideration of his message.

Who: Who committed the violation? (Position, surname, first name, and other information.)

What: What violations were committed by the employee of the company or enterprise? (Essence of the violation: Action or inaction. Description of events. Which norms of the law or internal documents of the company or enterprise were violated?)

Where: The place where the violation occurred (if this information is important for verifying and recording the facts and qualifying the actions).

When: The date or period of the violation, if the violation is ongoing or if there is a sequence of events.

What was done: Information about the measures taken by the applicant or other employees to stop and investigate the violation, including information about reporting to management or contacting law enforcement/supervisory authorities.

Other important facts and details related to the report include which other employees are witnesses or participants in the events specified in the report and what else confirms the violation.

Is my call to the hotline recorded?

Messages made to the hotline are not recorded. An appeal is recorded only when a message is left on the answering machine. However, it is deleted after the manager listens to it and registers it in the Journal of Registration and Accounting of Reports of Corruption and Violations of the Principles of Integrity and Ethics.

What can I do if I disagree with the results of an investigation into a violation that I reported?

Anyone who disagrees with the results has the right to file a statement of claim with a court, a statement of the commission of a violation with law enforcement agencies, or a statement with the central executive body that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy, depending on the area of the violation.
